Sonia Shwabsky partners with founders and CEOs of mid-market B2B companies to build the strategic foundations, pipeline process, and go-to-market clarity that drive consistent revenue growth.
Clear strategy and measurable results — without working harder on the wrong things
No pitch. No proposal. An honest look at what's getting in the way.
You stop guessing and start operating from a defined strategy — one that tells you exactly where to focus, what to build, and what to stop doing.
Your sales process becomes structured and repeatable. Leads move through a system, not through your personal effort and memory.
With the right go-to-market approach in place, growth becomes predictable — and the pressure on sales and margin starts to ease.
You're running a B2B company that should be growing faster. The fundamentals are there. The team is there. But revenue is flat, or unpredictable, and you can't quite put your finger on why.
You're spending time on the business — a lot of it — but it's not translating into the kind of commercial momentum you expected at this stage. The pipeline is thin. The go-to-market approach is more instinct than system. And the strategy, if you're honest, lives mostly in your head.
What you're looking for:
That's where I come in. I work with founders and CEOs to find what's actually holding commercial growth back — and build the fix, together.
We spend 45 minutes looking honestly at your commercial situation — where you are, where you want to be, and what's standing between the two. No pitch. No homework required.
You get a direct, personalised view of where your growth is being held back — strategy gaps, pipeline weaknesses, go-to-market blind spots — and a structured path forward.
We work together to put the right strategic foundations in place, develop a working sales pipeline, and create the go-to-market clarity your business needs to grow with intention.
I've spent the better part of three decades doing one thing: figuring out how to make businesses grow when the path forward isn't obvious.
I started in brand and general management at Pacific Brands, where I took KingGee — an 80-year-old workwear brand — and repositioned it as a modern workwear and streetwear leader. Double-digit growth. ASX listing. An early lesson in what it takes to give a legacy business a reason to exist again.
In my mid-thirties, I made a deliberate move away from corporate Australia. Over the following decade I built businesses from scratch in Central America — establishing one of Nicaragua's leading corporate training franchises under the Dale Carnegie system, raising international capital for a greenfield forestry project, and serving as COO at White Shark Media, a digital agency operating across North America.
Returning to Australia, I joined Snap Print & Design as Chief Growth Officer, leading the launch of a world-leading B2B/B2C eCommerce platform integrated with Canva.
In 2022 I was appointed CEO of Kwik Kopy Australia. The business had been in decline for twelve years. Within 24 months we reversed the trajectory: 20% network turnover growth, the highest sales figures since 2008, and a successful majority acquisition by Fortidia Group.
I now run Limon Consulting, a boutique advisory practice working with founders, CEOs, and managing directors of $3M+ businesses on commercial growth, sales engine development, and exit and succession planning.
